Fishman Fleunce Modern Pickups "Screaming Demon" Effect?

Hello,
I was looking into putting Fishman Fluence Modern pickups in my guitar (and also a Fishman Fluence Single Width but that's besides the point), so I looked at some demos on youtube to kinda get a feel for what they sound like (I know that's not the best way to judge a pickup, but bare with me). However, and this might be a noob thing for me to say, when I listen to some demos, I noticed a "screaming demon" effect which, to me, sounds bad.

I find it's most noticeable during parts with a lot of low note trem picking or galloping. An example for me is Ben Eller's "Fishman Fluence Modern Does the Big 4: Metallica Megadeth Slayer Anthrax". At 4:07, you can hear what I can only describe as a "screaming demon" effect.

My question is, does this pickup actually sound like that when doing low note trem picking or galloping, or is it just because of the amp simulator used in the video. Also, does every active pickup have a "screaming demon" effect?

Thanks.

The problem is likely due to the guitar being an Ibanez (IMHO always lack a strong, solid low end with that thin maple neck, ****ty zinc block and basswood body).

Add the recording technique, the Kemper and soon, this sounds a bit weak in the low end.

Why? I know these pickups in other guitars and they are killerrrrrrr

Do you think the Ibanez guitar is the main issue that causes the weak low end? I wanted to upgrade an Ibanez Jem Jr. with Fishman Fluence Modern pickups and an original Floyd Rose, because it's the cheapest HSH guitar that I know of that is pretty good for the price (at least, that's what I got from reading/watching reviews).

To me, it almost sounds like you’re referring to his pick technique. He’s scraping some of the string windings with each stroke, not just coming straight up/down. It’s a technique to achieve a certain effect, not pickup related (if I understand what you’re asking)

I don't think that's what it is, because I can also hear the "screaming demon" sound when he's playing Damage Inc., but I can't hear the sound when he's playing Indians (Raining Blood and Damage Inc. were played using voice 1, while Indians were played using voice 2).

To me, Ibanez rg550s never sound full and right in the low end. The 5150iii also isn't that chunky and tight in the low end. IMHO.

I hear a hot ceramic pickup, a ton of gain, a guitar that's not thick sounding to begin with, really thin strings set really low, and like Frank said, a pick held at an angle to the strings.
