Fishman Fluence Modern questions

I'm planning on getting a set and I know it comes with 2 volume pots and 2 tone push/pull pots, but do you have to use all of them? Can you just do 1 master volume and 2 push pull tones? also I'm new to Actives and I know actives use different pots but I'm wondering can you put orange drop tone caps in and if you are there special active ones you need or just normal ones?

i cant see why you couldnt do a master volume with two tones. and you can use orange drops without issue, not sure what values should be used with those pups though. is frank sees this he can chime in

Every time I see the word Flatulence, I think Aceman.

Yeah you can use how ever many pots you want. And any of them can be the push/pull or regular. And you can have the push/pull do whatever you want. Like one p/p could switch the voice for both pickups at once, and the other does High Frequency tilt, or -6dB. Or have each push/pull be the voice switch for each pickup, your choice.

Fishman supplies the caps, and they're either .47 or .22, I can't remember at the moment. If you're going to use Orange Drops, you can choose .22/33/47, whatever you like. If you're using a V/T/T setup, try .47 on the neck, and .22 on the bridge.

Thank you, I will try that because I am planning on using VTT. I also did see a cool thing today where a guy used a 2 way switch and had a different cap on each side so you could change it, I thought that was cool, so I might try that as well.
