gsammo79, looked to me like I was having the same issue as you, when I tried "Report item" I got a page saying: We are not able to process your message now. Please contact eBay Customer Service. Then I went ahead, contacted their support via chat, explained the issue I was having and it turned out there's a browser incompatibility, when I switched to Firefox I was able to report both fakes. Worth contacting their support, they appear to be pretty responsive in the chat.
