Re: Flipped the Antiquirty Humbucker?
Dear Dr Gibson How very rude of you. Your bedside manner leaves a lot be desired.LOL
Yes we are all in the same boat. All subject to the information we are fed and ultimately having to comprehend what we can of it with the fallibilities of our limited and imperfect senses. You are no exception.
Of course ultimately the proof is in the pudding ( subjective as that may be ) and ultimately your favoured pick ups may be reviled by the rest of the guitar playing world but as long as you like them then that is all that counts right? But then again your listening public may disagree with your favoured tone.
This discussion is about researching available information about a product before purchasing that product.
It would seem that your good self and others on this forum have poo pooed the idea of taking into consideration information freely found on the world wide web. Personally I do not understand that bias. If we all had to go by trial and error until we found what we liked we'd prolly all be mad by now and paupers to boot.
Thank you for taking the time to reply and if you have any constructive, insightful commentary on the Seymour Duncan Antiquity pick ups please do not hesitate to chime in.
