How do the Floyd Rose 1000 and 3000 compare to an "original" Floyd? I know the original is supposed to be the best due to qualities of metal over ALOT of the other models over the years. It seems that the 1000 has become VERY popular as of late and I saw a guitar that said 3000 in the description. (accurate??) Anyhow, wondering how they compare.

The 3000 refers to the gold color.
1000= chrome
2000= black
3000= gold
