Flying V Glory

BTMN

LifeIsGoodologist
Thinking about playing this next week at the Dean Open House. Made in May of 1996 at Dean's then new custom shop in Plant City, Fl. a small area East of Tampa. I bought it about the time I joined up here. So for my 8000th post I thought I might share a lil Flying V Love. Post up your favorite V. :headbang: :headbang: :headbang:

Call this one Blackie V. It has a Duncan JB neck pickup and a TB6 Distortion in the bridge slot.

Re: Flying V Glory

Looks awesome!

I sold off my Grace Potter V last year, but still have my two white and black Vs.

One day I would like to build a '50's Korina V

Re: Flying V Glory

That is the Warmoth in the middle. Nice lil knarley sounds out of that one.

Re: Flying V Glory

How cute ! (the Warmoth with just one filtertron).

BTW my next guitar will be a Epi Korina flying V with strings going through the body and two Black Winters !

Re: Flying V Glory

I really dig V guitars and they have incredible upper fret access. They are odd at first to play compared to a regular guitar but you get used to them real quick once you hold it right. I sure love my black Jackson King V guitar that I picked up in a pawn shop for a real good deal.

Re: Flying V Glory

This is a classic Schenker pose, and an awesome V, but he always looks like he is trying to hold a turd in.
