I know they make these but have not had any luck finding one for purchase. I need one so I can try a slew of pickups in the tele bridge as most tele bridge pickups aren't my thing with the exception of a Hot Rails. Im sure eventually I will migrate to the full humbucker routed tele bridge, but I'm not a big fan of how they look. Ideally I want to try the Seymour Duncan Forum pickup which will have almost a P-90 tone and also is tappable for a strat tone as well. I think I will like this very much in a tele bridge.

Thanks Exnihlo. I was trying to post this in here for hours and I would just get a white screen. I posted it in the Sound Forum and it posted no problem. I've had this happen before with no reason why.

Anyhow if there is something like this available I would love to find out who makes/sells these.

Are you looking for a tele plate for strat style single coils?

Someone on this forum was selling a generic red tele body a month or three ago that had the very tele bridge plate I am seeking. If only I remembered who was selling that and if the person that bought that tele body would want to swap tele plates.

I don't know of one? Is there a specific strat pickup that you can't get in tele form?

Yes the Seymour Duncan User Group Forum pickup. I ordered 2 Strat sized ones and after thinking about what this probably will sound like, it seems this will be the sound I have always wanted out of a tele bridge pickup.

What if you just got a tele baseplate and then epoxied the strat pickup to it?

It looks like the dimensions would work.

If your after the pickup in your avatar you could just get a Dimarzio SDS-1 and put Invader screws on it and then mount it to a tele baseplate.

Yeah I know I have tried that already and it's almost there, only never tried it in a tele. I am talking to Zhang about making one and Bryan from BG pickups is going to make me one. I sent him the Invader poles and he is pretty sure it will work with his T-90 pickup he already sells.

NP bro, for some reason it worked for me. Maybe because I haven't posted in here for years .
