Free PODXT Software Recording Setups?

What do you use to record from your POD. I'm looking for some free software that will work for recording and mixing tracks. Simple is fine, I'm not looking to make an album.

Something free and of quality is not easy to find.

YJM I don't know if if this will work I never tried it with a POD but it may: http://www.anvilstudio.com/

I got fed up with the free ones so right now I use a couple of the Cakewalk products .....I would like to find a good one that did everything I need to do in one app and didn't piss me off however.

I don't think you'll find any free ones very much to your liking, unless you torrent them, and then it's not quite 'free.'

Well I have Kristal and Audacity, and now I can actally record because they recognized the drivers for the XT through USB. Sounds really good, but the software is simple.
