FS: Eminence Speakers

Got a few eminence speakers up for grabs here:

Wizard 12" 8 Ohm - $40

Been lightly used in one of my combos for a while, 10 hours playing time max. Never really been cranked.

Screamin Eagle 12" 16 ohm - $35

Had this one in my ear candy cab for a while, but decided to go with something different. This one's been broken in pretty well.

Copperhead 10" 8 ohm - $30

This one's been in my cab for a few days, but I pulled it out and replaced it with a lil buddy. I'm really diggin the combo.

the lil buddy and copperhead would make a killer pair for someone looking for two 10"s

Dammit. I am wanting a copperhead and a lil buddy to put in my Marshall Micro Stack, but the back of the amp says 16 ohm so I guess that's what I need instead of 8 ohm.

I took the back off one of the cabs to look at the speaker and it's a cheapie and doesn't say what it is other than a few model or serial numbers. On the back of the head it says 16(ohm) speaker outputs, so I guess that means I need 16 ohm speakers, if 8's will work, someone tell me and I will be in on these!

If you've got two 8 ohm speakers wired up in series you've got a 16 ohm load. It all depends on how you hook it up.

Just did a little research for ya, and it doesn't look like the 8 ohm speakers would work. They got 16 ohm speakers in those cabs, and say not to use it with a load of anything lower than 8 ohms. Those two 8 ohm speakers in parallel of course would be 4 ohms. Sorry bro.

Unfortunately Eminence doesn't offer their 10's in a 16 ohm variety either.

I was just looking at thier site. That's kinda weird that they don't make them in 16ohms. I guess I'm gonna have to stick with the originals..........

A'ite, so the lil buddy has just been sold, and I've already used that money to fill up my car. The other three are still available.
