FS: Marshall JCM 800 2205, Fernandes Vertigo X, DS-1, Nanoverb

Howdy. I've got a few things for sale here.

First, I've got a Marshall JCM 800 2205 head, converted from a 50-watt combo. Retolexed in cream. 1984-made, sounds great. DUAL CHANNEL, clean and overdrive. The power tubes are 2X6L6GC (running 50 watts) and apparently can swap easily to EL34s. It's in great condition for it's age, a few little bumps and scratches but nothing to worry about and everything works great.

From touring with it for a few months, it's missing three knobs, as you can see from the pics. I WILL include a set of ten new Marshall knobs when the amp is purchased. Yes, a power cable is included.

Also, I've got a Fernandes Vertigo X, old model (from before the silly new cuts and neck pickup were added). Dark, dark green (looks black in most lights), single humbucker (duncan designed, from a LTD SC, sounds like a JB), single volume. Plays well, makes a great rock guitar. 150 OR BEST OFFER.

A few chips on the lower bout, shown. Most everything else is dirt on lens/finish. The front is actually pretty clean, as well as the back. It's just the lower bout.

Kind of unfair to call it a 2205 since it is a 4210 inverted into taller than normal headbox.


What sort of upgrades have you made to it since you were asking $500 for it last month?

What sort of upgrades have you made to it since you were asking $500 for it last month?

The 2205 and 2210 (NOT 4210) were identical, short of the difference of 50 watts VS 100. It's also not taller than the average Marshall head. It's been cut to size.

No upgrades, I just recieved over 30 different messages from people claiming they'd take it, and either send money ASAP or come for local pickup, and EVERYONE bailed. I'm hoping to weed out the losers by raising the price, as the asking price is STILL less than usual.
