They are all new and most of them come in plastic baggies because that's how they were shipped from the places I ordered them.

The prices above are shipped/paypal gift option, but if you don't do the gift option, it's $2 more. I don't have pics, but I can get them if you'd like me to. Also, I might be a little flexible on price if you buy more than one switch, so shoot me an idea if you have one.
