Vintage Kramer American Maple Left Lefty Reverse Righty Neck Schaller Tuners Quarter-sawn woods and a nicely flamed center core strip of maple on the back of this lovely Vintage Kramer Neck!!!
The neck is in very good shape and, despite the plugged mounting holes, the frets appear new and unused. Headstock has never been drilled for a String Retainer or Truss Rod Cover so no holes for either. Finish has been removed on the back and it is oiled and as smooth a neck as any I have ever owned or played and is actually smoother than the '88 Gunslinger Neck to which I compare every neck I touch.Neck is straight, truss rod is fully functional, has fret position markers on both sides to allow for right or left-handed players so either a lefty or reverse headstock for a righty. No cracks at Floyd neck thru nut mounting holes. Has been mounted on a few guitars, although you'd never think it had been played in looking at the frets which are in excellent condition, but, all mounting holes in neck heel have been filled other than the last ones from mounting on a Kramer Amercian Pacer Custom I. Purchase includes the Hamer Branded Schaller Tuners and Original German R2 Righty Nut.
No issues with the neck. It has a few scuffs and nicks as you would expect of a 34 year old neck but, as the pics shown, it's in very good condition. I had accumulated all the parts and was on the verge of getting the project assembled but I ran across a couple of tube amps that I decided were more enticing so I decided to sell the project parts to defer the cost of the amps a bit. Something new comes in, something else goes out.

Will make for a fine looking Reverse Headstock Neck!
