I'm cleaning house so I can afford something new. I'm starting with a Zinky 2x12 speaker cab. The cabinet is in great shape, with some very minor scuffs, but no major rips or tears in the tolex. The Zinky cab is a dark sounding cab, and competes admirably with 4x12 cabs. It is 16 ohms and can handle virtually any amp head. The cab has a slightly slanted baffle and is the most sturdy, solid, tight cab I've ever played out of. I used this with a Zinky MOFO, and then a PV C30, and it rocks. For those who don't know, Bruce Zinky used to be Fender's custom amp guy. He struck out on his own and makes some wonderful amps & cabs. He also provides superb customer service. I've resigend to be a bedroom rocker, so have no use for this anymore. If you can use a tight 2x12 that will tame your piercing highs or handle your dropped tunings, this is it. It's the perfect extension cab.
I'd like to get $225 + shipping, which will probably be expensive since this thing weighs quite a bit. I'm guessing $50+ for shipping. I'll send more pics upon request. Thanks!!!
