fuchs lucky 7 8ohm to orange 16ohm cab?

hey fellas,

gotta a quick question here;

i have a 1x12 orange cab, its rated 16ohm.
planning to get a fuchs lucky 7, the thing is that it only has 8ohm output.
Is it safe to run those 2?

Yes it's safe. Your amp will just not achieve it's full volume potential.
Lower rated amp into higher rated cab is a go.
Higher rated amp into a lower rated cab is a no.
