I like the BFG in general, especially the brown-toned one that doesn't have so much contrast in the top. I like the utilitarian approach to doing things on it -- see-through covers on the back, no truss rod cover, no inlays, P90 where you need it, humbucker where you need it, the control layout…
Maybe with a graphite nut, locking tuners, some WD-40 and ball bearings, I'd try a trem on one.
