Gibson offering push pull split mode on les paul studio?

Guessing it's only for this specific silverburst model, but still pretty cool idea. With all the threads bashing Gibson's stupid attempts at innovation thought it was only fair to share the info.

The only negative thing I have to say is that I cant believe it took Gibson this long to start offering push/pull knobs on their models. But Im glad they've started doing it!

If any guitar doesn't offer a split option, it is so easy to get a switch and just break out a solder iron "offer it to yourself".

I can be harsh on Gibson, but this is a nice touch to a cool guitar.

Your right, come to think about it, why do they even both putting pickups already installed on guitars, all it takes is getting out your soldering iron and buying the piece

yeah it started on the traditional and its spread to studios and sg's too
