Limited run made exclusively for Japanese dealers. Not available from U.S. dealers. The run is done, and a few of these were never shipped to Japan. This isn't a 2nd or a blem. Looks perfect, plays great and except for plugging it in to check everything out, it's in new, unplayed condition. Plastic cover over pickguard. Neck is mid-sized...not a log, and not a toothpick. Just right...stays cool and smooth in your hand and has a nice taper. Killer Carribean Blue finish. Comes with a soft Gibson gigbag, and it will be packed up right for the trip.

Tough to beat a mahogany plank with a P90 and a wraptail.

$720 shipped in CONUS ONLY. Paypal preferred and I'll eat the fees. I have 100% positive feedback on fleabay under the name spruce-top. Sorry, no trades...trying to thin the herd. Questions...more pics...shoot me an email:)

Man, now that's sweet lookin'! Is the finish satin? It looks kinda flat in the pictures....doesn't look real shiny.

Re: Gibson SG Jr. limited edition F/S

Only thing it needs is a black pickguard of something... or a white pickup cover.

Re: Gibson SG Jr. limited edition F/S

Love it.

Wow.

WOW.

That would totally fill the slot for my '63 Jr for live use.

Paint it white, black pickguard, and you've got Jake E. Lee's Shot in the Dark guitar ;)

Has to be the teardrop pickguard though. ;) But yeah, I hear ya.

That's a sweet axe, bro. Good luck with the sale.

For some reason, I get the inkling that guitar will be worth $5000, in twenty years.

That is a gorgeous combo. A tad femme (not a put down whatsoever!), and sweet in complextion...not all death and doom, or classic stodgy.

Best Wishes!

Inform my lame ass as to what "Jr" means? Isnt it smaller/less frets?

The Jr has the same number of frets and is the same size as a regular SG. The Jr means it has one pickup, a P-90, volume and tone control, and that's it. A simplified version of the dual humbucker SG. The SG used to have two P-90's in it, like the SG Classic and the Les Paul/SG Special.

I've learned in life all you need is a mahogany slab with a wraparound bridge and P90s. Beautiful guitar, good luck with the sale! :)

Amen to that, bro:) I have a '54 LP junior that is a smoking guitar. Amazing what you can get out of that thing when you play with the knobs:)
