That Gold Top PT Schecter looks great! I have one that I bought years ago from TommyGuitars.com. They are as rare as eye teeth from my understanding. I'm happy with mine. Did anyone see him play this guitar on their Farewell Concert Tour in '82? If you go to YouTube, you'll see him wale on it. A particularly good job he did on the song 'The Quiet One'.

For absolute PT realism, you need a few spatters of blood on the headstock from over-enthusiastic "windmilling".

Back in the Eighties, a well-known SW London guitar store had some of PT's guitars (and, Steve Hillage's stripped/blowtorched Strat) displayed in the window. The shop's price card drew attention to the dried blood between the string guide and the machineheads.

Hmm. On second thoughts, that one may have been a Roger Giffin T.
