Good but inexpensive 2 stage Phaser pedal?

I also want one w a few knobs vs. The single knob Mxr phase 90 for example, so I can sculpt/tweak to suit.

I am still trying out a used Dunlop/Hardwire Phaser I picked up recently but will probably return it - it just doesn't nail that sweet spot I am looking for, which is closer to a flanger sound than traditional phaser sound.

Used is fine, actually, preferred.
