Last summer I bought an On-Stage RS7000 stand for my Hot Rod Deluxe. Last weekend I noticed an end-cap for one of the uprights was missing. I contacted the company through their website, sent a few pictures of the stand that they asked for, and in a few days had a whole little bag of replacement parts. Nothing sacrificially heroic or earth-shattering, but nice.

Since you brought it up, I told them I wasn't sure if the cap was there when I put the stand together. I don't think they really cared, from a customer service standpoint. They said it shouldn't have come off either way.
