I would like to give lots of props to GPENGUINS.

We did a pickup swap. Unfortunately, his side of the deal got lost by the fine folks at USPS.

This man did not hesitate for one minute to make it right. Not a hint of lack of trust towards me, or unpoliteness. A gentleman through and thorugh. Immediately offered a cash settlement, other pickups, or a return.

He happened to have a pickguard I could really use, and he got it out to me right away, no questions asked.

A good trader that lets his true colors show in the face of an inconvenience.
