I wanted to put in a good word for blakejcan. I sold him a guitar with a broken truss rod (which must have broken in shipping, but that's another story) and he was great to deal with. Very easy to communicate with and very patient while we sorted the issue out.

In case you were wondering, I gave him a full refund and I filed a claim with FedEx about the damage.
