Better late than never in reporting this, but I had a good trade with Funkfingers whilst I was back in the UK a few weeks ago. He got an American Fender Jazz Bass scratchplate, and I got enough cash to make a small down payment on a beer or two - have you seen UK prices these days? All very easy and I believe he was rather pleased with how his own Jazz looked afterwards.

Great experience with 80s metal. I screwed up and bought something I had not originally intended to buy, and he was going to let me out of the deal if I wanted. Bought'em anyway because his posting was clear as a bell and I misread it. Pickups are just as he said, and he shipped them super quickly. Thank you!

Let me put in a good word here for Mark Cearlock.
He has done some fine wiring work for me and assembled a few partscasters too - there's been a bit of trading for pickups and parts over the last year or more.
Mark is a very reliable trader and knows his way around a wiring diagram too. Be sure to contact him if you need some wiring done - he uses good parts and does a neat job!
