This isn't spam, and I'm not affiliated with the company in any way. I just like to point out when I have been treated very well (or poorly) by a company, as I like to send business to those who deserve it.
I called Voodoo Lab with a question about powering a Boss DD-20 twin delay pedal with a Pedal Power 2. Without getting too technical, the pedal needs 200mA, and the PP2 only provides that on the Line 6 outs (5 & 6) with the DIP switch engaged. The Voodoo Lab gentleman told me not to use it like that as the switch raises the voltage above the Boss required 9v and could damage the pedal. He said newer versions provide 200mA at 9v on those outputs without the switch engaged, and can power the Boss pedal correctly. Now here's the good part: they offered to upgrade my older one for free if I sent it back - I stuck it right in the mail.
Very nice, helpful people + excellent products + superior customer support = my kind of company. Just thought I'd pass the word on....
