As mentioned above, the solo boost is a seperate master volume for soloing; not a gain boost.

And from what I can tell, it's adjustable, so you can dial in the amount of solo boost you want. Ben would probably know more since he probably uses his:laugh2:

actually, that's not entirely true....

solo boost will bring you into OD2 when you kick it in...if you're already on OD2, it's the same thing, only louder

Actually, I was plain wrong lol, and not too prideful to admit it!

That's interesting, I didn't know the solo boost switched to OD2, as that's the only one I use.

yep yep...I think that's clarified in the users manual on scott's site now...I'd have to go back and check it out..
