Is there any product that can keep my guitars gig bag warm... worried about intonation and tuning stability as i take my guitar out in its gig bag more... i will eventually purchase proper hardcase, within the next month, but until than is there anything you can recommend to keep my guitar warm?

If you follow Gibson's advice for protecting the nitro finish on their guitars, open the bag in the room you're playing in but don't remove the guitar.
Let it come up to temperature slowly and you should be OK.
Beaubrummels, you know I respect your work but putting hand warmers in could screw up the intonation more than doing nothing in -15 degrees because you will get hot patches and cold patches. It's could even pop frets or screw up the neck at such extreme temp differences. Just try and keep the temp even across the guitar and don't "shock" it when you pull it out of the bag.

Yeah, I don't have good advice on the deep freeze. I was reaching for ideas, hence the question mark. Hand warmers would be too localized of heat. I think the whole case needs to be a common temp.
You could get a second larger fur-lined gig bag and double bag it so it doesn't drop as much in temp.

Get an electric blanket to lay over the guitar bag...LOW setting.

I would let it sit in the room inside for at least 15 or 20 min BEFORE cracking the zipper a couple inches. Then wait another 15 or 20 min and open it up all the way. I always get my guitars out and let them adjust to a rooms temp and humidity for as long as I can possibly get away with it. Remember to tune that thing up after this change too. I think it is even worse ( tuning stability) when you go from hot to cold as far as the guitar being stable and tuning. Yet again get the guitar out and let it adjust to the outside temp and become stable , then tune it up. Nothing like an outside gig when it is freezing , strings feel like razor blades and there isn't a comfort zone between hot and cold.

Yeah when my old band was touring in the dead of Canadian winter, we'd bring our guitars into the venue many hours before we even had to play. Left them in their cases for three or four hours until it was time to warm up/tune up, then after that, treat as normal. It's still punishment on the wood but it's at least mitigated by the gradual change from extreme cold to room temp or warmer
