GUITAR DEAL OF THE YEAR!

I think it was WC Fields that said, "There's a sucker born every day".

This goes beyond that..."There's an idiot born every day". And I'm talking about the seller AND potential buyer.

Glad they posted 12 photos so I could really evaluate the condition. But they forgot to post how much it weighs, so no deal.

Picasso been there done that. Yeah, obviously, he didn't use old growth Adirondack, but eh.

I'm not usually one to doubt the condition of an object advertised as "nonfunctioning", but at this point can it really be argued that it has a function?

He seems to like to sell a lot of old non-functioning JUNK (some of the stuff, he doesn't even know what it is or what it came off of) that really has NO value. And he figures it will sell if he puts a price tag of 10-100 times what it would have sold for brand new...as if old, worn out, broken down, non-functioning, useless makes it more valuable. Like old used cloth or plastic (Naugahyde) guitar straps which sold new for $1-3, he wants up to $170. (I still have some of those cloth straps from the 60s that cost me $1.99 new).

I think he must figure that if he only sells just one item to some sucker he has made his profit for the whole lot.
