Like old used cloth or plastic (Naugahyde) guitar straps which sold new for $1-3, he wants up to $170. (I still have some of those cloth straps from the 60s that cost me $1.99 new)..

Put them on eBay hipsters and Blues Lawyers pay top dollar for those vintage straps. If you have a vintage amp and guitar, you need the period-correct strap to go with it.

Most of that stuff can be found new on ebay for $5 or less

Those are vintage aged relic straps though. The guitar world has been taught that crappy junk that someone didn't take proper care of is worth more for some reason.

But what guitar did the sawdust come from? If it was from a 59 LP that Jimmy Page once played in a music store, that dust might be worth $50,000. You could advertise it as being "non-functional, but restorable".

A hand is pretty tricky. Four digits with three points of flexion each plus one digit with two points of flexion. There are a lot more combinations of position for hands than any other body point. Plus we're less likely to take pictures of hands and put them on the internet (which means less training data for AIs to copy from online - especially when compared to something like a face). That's a tough combo for machine learning.

I would say there are more hands on the internet than anything other body part (not counting PornHub, Only Fans). There are so many hands holding products and showcasing jewelry we have hand models. Do we have any nose models for allergy or sinus medicine?

If you look though, the hands are almost always in different positions and configurations. To the algorithm each of those are different. AI needs to see hundreds of almost exactly the same image with only the slightest of details in order to generate it's own copy of the thing. The variety seems to confuse the learning algorithms.
