Guitar legend on the ropes

Per a FB post, Brian Setzer announced that due to an autoimmune disease he can no longer play the guitar. He is entering the Mayo Clinic to begin treatment.

Auto immune disorders suck, I hope that he has better results than I have.

I know that Adrian Belew just had to have carpal tunnel surgery, but is expected to recover fully.

I had shattered my right hand in the 80s. I asked the Dr. how it would affect my guitar playing and he and the nurses laughed and said "That is the oldest joke in the book". I said "No, I am not kidding I am a Berklee student I play guitar", instantly everyone in the room got deadly serious and the vibe got instantly dark. I knew then I was in bad shape. I still have issues with my pinky on that hand, but it doesn't restrict my playing.
