Guitar Wiring Help

I'm trying to wire up my current project, and I'm not sure how to go about it.

Essentially I have 2 Single coils, a 4 way switch, a volume pot, and 2 tones (for each pickup). Anyone know how to wire this up? I can't seem to find any diagrams for 2 tones with a 4 way switch

I'm using the Oak-Grigsby 4 way switch, which acts like a normal tele switch, but in the 4 position, they're in series

Yeah it is.

The issue with that diagram is that it doesn't show how to wire up an individual tone pot for each pickup

No problem.

The following diagram shows humbuckers and a 3-way switch. Just ignore that, the wiring for the tone pots is the same. Wire the hot wire from each pup to its respective tone pot first, as in the diagram, then to the switch. The output from the switch goes to the master vol pot then to the output jack.
