Three things:

1. Fantastic job on the finish.
2. Awesome idea with the tailpiece and you did a good job plugging the old holes. With my Melody Maker, I've been exposed to the world of tailpieces without TOMs, and it's very cool. Definitely *makes* that guitar.
3. I personally would go all black, or all cream, I don't like mixing much. Or at least zebra pickups, those would look cool. But it still looks awesome.

I used to have it in all creme, but wanted a little different, slightly more aggressive look this time around. I really like how this one turned out. I may do another. Thinking of converting a faded SG into a P90 SG Special :14:
