Had to play the blues but was short on time...

I was really short on time, but I just felt that I had to play the Blues. So I plugged in my Love Rock into TS808 and into computer and gave this Gospel Blues a shot. Recording (first take), mixing and everything took about 10 minutes.

Love that gospel blues! The lead tone sounded a bit muffled. How did you have your pickup selector and tone knobs set?

Yup, I love the gospel influence on that track! I changed pups during palying

It begins with the neck pup then switches over to middle pos and in the very end it goes over to just the bridge.

Anyway I found out today that my pup switch has some serious connection problems as it brings down the volume to zero sometimes when I switch over to the neck pos as well as makes scratching noises when I use it. I was thinking on replacing the electrics in this guitar so I'll get that solved as soon as I do that.... wonder if that could have had any effect on the tone making it muffled. I don't know, might have been just that I didn't have time to tweak any knobs or think about the mixing.
