I was under the impression that it was illegal to have a Metal Zone within 100 feet of a JC-120 in most countries.

They're great amps, but I would never think to drive them with pedals.

I am a fan of the clean JC!But driving it is just not the right thing for me!And i don't think that those "sounds" where good.Some effects could be good ,but the Distortion was not cutting for me.Just my 2 cents!

Whoa . . . interesting comments. I thought all of the single-pedal effects sounded better than the multi-pedal effects. Oh well . . . its just me.

I think the JC series are great amps. I've seen them in the rigs of some bigtime guitar players.

While I've never tried it I would think they would be great for amplifying a modeler like a POD.
