Hakko 936-12 vs. Weller WLC100 (soldering)

Well, time to act like I have a pair(large) and start soldering my own electronics. I see this Hakko and Weller mentioned frequently here in the archives(yes, I've checked). The Hakko is double the price($40 more). Is it worth it or is the Weller just fine and dandy? I'll be using it at home on my own guitars(5) so I guess I will only use it a handful of times a year. Which way would you go?

I use a 40 watt weller that I got at home depot and it has always served me well. My first iron was a cheap 30 watt radio shack and the extra 10 watts of the weller makes grounding wires to pots and bridges a hell of a lot easier.
