LOL, is that the typical band leader? I've played in a band once, as a high school kid. We got together & practiced a bunch but never played out once. I wasn't the leader; I was a 3rd guitarist willing to play bass.

Curt, I liked it a lot. The recording process sounded very professional, and the playing, as usual was great. Good Job and I appreciate you sharing that with us!!

A band would be a blast, but playing out would require me to spend money on amp gear & I don't think I could give a band the time it'd need to be good. Plus I'd need to find people willing to use weird tunings & able to put up with a control freak!
why don't you hook up with a drummer and ask him to help you with your own project, let him know what exactly you are looking for. like that you would have a better drum system. i know there are drummers out there that just want to jam.

Thanks guys! My riffs/progressions always sound very plain to me...maybe because they are the music that's always running through my head. I make a conscious effort to have a progression go in some direction other than where it naturally should to my ears, if that makes sense.

Heavy and good, man!
I liked the two intertwining leads in the beginning (which also returns in the end). When the drums first kick in, I was kinda expecting a little more of a 'take-off'. But not long after I heard what I was waiting for, and from there it was good and heavy. Solid stuff!

You do have the touch. I would actually want to see you live if you got a band together, and I normally avoid seeing this kind of stuff live- too loud, too many freaks. Well, I guess I'm a freak, just don't fit in in that environment.
