Hardwire DL-8 - opinions?

I'm looking for a new delay pedal and I was wondering about the DL-8. It fits a lot of the things I want in a delay pedal - about the size of a standard MXR, tap tempo I listened to the PGS demo and I though that the reverse echo setting is awesome - great for leads.

Any DL-8 owners care to tell me a little bit about this pedal?

Re: Hardwire DL-8 - opinions?

I love my DL-8. Hardwire is incredible imo, I have the tuner too. I especially like the looping feature, this is how I write solos, play a rhythm and loop it, it is a great tool and the loop and your solo really come through perfectly clear if you use the effects loop on your amp. I love all of the dealy options and think they sound incredible on clean and distorted, but I don't really use delay in my band so I'm not as picky as a delay focused player. The only pedals that I can think of with as many great features are twice the size of the DL-8. Now, if your an analog delay purist, there are probably better options, but for extensive features, construction quality, true bypass, I would be surprised if someone told me there is a better pedal than the DL-8 in that price range.
