Traded my Greco/Tokai strat for a 78 Greco EG-1000 C LP style guitar...all org too.
Yeah it is a lazy guitar to play, so I strung it with 11's and raised the action a great deal too....
It is chambered and does not weigh much either, about the same as my green Tele.

Dunno if I'll keep it.....LP's are not really my cup of tea to play, but I have always loved the sound of them!

Sofar it does not annoy me much.

Haha...well do not count me in much....
They are still deeply annoying to play.
Anyways the balance on this one is on the good side of things.
But as we often talk about here, it is good to have all the classic designs

Nice to find one that's still in good condition and not worn out.

I like 11's on LP's. Pretty similar to 10's on a strat. Find the right pickup set for it, and you'll like it even more.

Cannot dislike the sound it has, but it will defently take some hours to learn how to play on it in a more relaxed way.

Kinda stiff guitars to play, that feel is still what I get from it...but not as bad as the other times I have played one....so maybe there is a future here for the gluestick??
