HELP!!! I need a distortion pedal???

Guys, can u help? I'm looking for a distortion pedal. One that can preferably sit on the floor and be stomped on & off with my foot. It should distort the sound by applying a "distortion like" quality to the sound. I'm not picky whether it has true or false bypass. But it should definately be either yellow, green, orange, red, white, blue, black, or brown in color.
Oh, & I'm gonna want to plug my guitar into it.

I don't really think it matters what it sounds like. I'm gonna have someone mod the sh!t out of it anyway.

But it sound definately be able to cover the areas between Cannibal Corpse & Teh Miami Sound Machine.

screw an overdrive, just buy a new guitar and amp, then mod the amp with a new speaker, new tubes, and new wireing.....and mod the guitar with new paint, new pots, new wireing, new humbuckers, and a fret job. make sure to sped a great deal of money on the 2 items before mods as well.

You could try the ds-1/ds-2 pedal or the boss metal zone for metal distortion.

I think you should get the Banzai Fireball....it's RED. Or you can get the Fulltone Fulldrive II...it's BLUE, or if you want to pay extra, get the custom shop model that is CREME with MAROON knobs.

Both of these pedals sit on the ground, you can plug your guitar into them AND stomp on them....and each one of them have TWO buttons, so you can stomp more than once.

well obviously your going to want it to be able to get a great jazzy overdrive tone, an IDENTICAL EVH tone, and grab that midrangy SRV tone . . . .

Just so you know, those tones have NOTHING to do with technique! The right pedal is available and WILL do all of it!

well obviously your going to want it to be able to get a great jazzy overdrive tone, an IDENTICAL EVH tone, and grab that midrangy SRV tone . . . .

Just so you know, those tones have NOTHING to do with technique! The right pedal is available and WILL do all of it!

well, if you said eric clapton's cream tone it is now available in a box

That can vary, depending on the color of the spray-can you´re holding :laugh2:
