Help me choose a pickup for me...

Hi all. I currently have a Tele with an SD Hot Lead installed...but I don't like it as there is a twangy sound. So I wanna get another pickup which is basically like a humbucker...something like a JB, if possible.

Any recommendations?

What kind of sounds do you want? I an guessing punk the JB or custom.

if it's punk or any style that is close i'd say the invader or the jb

Quarter Pounder, it'll completely destroy any sense of telecaster in the guitar.

Or if you're asking for single coil because of the space in the bridge-plate...you could drop a hotrails for tele in there. That will completely un-tele the tele. Kinda a shame really. Twang was good for dead kennedys...

The twang is actually irritating to me...when I play that is, not the Dead Kennedys'...

So it's a Quarter Pound or Hot Rails...****...how do I choose the right one?
