Help me decide on a pickup

I`m looking for a humbucker to put in the bridge of a alder hartail Strat with Rosewood neck sinlge 550k vol. pot , something that will do hard rock & classic rock and clean up nicely. I want someting with low output and I was thinking of either a 59b or Pearly Gates but I`d also consider the Custom Custom. I do a have Blues Tembucker laying around but I wasn`t sure how it would work in a non trem guitar. Forums bro Rspst14 told me it would work . Help please!

I'd go with the Blues Trembucker as well. Besides, if you just have it lying around, there's not much to lose by trying it.

I'd try the blues b/c the spacing should still line up since it is fender space, and there is no sense in it lying around not getting some love. The Jazz would be another good choice like guitar rock said, but the spacing will be off.

I'd say try the Trembucker, if you don't like it, tell us what you didn't like and let's decide on what you should try...
