Help me find that diagram? 2 mini toggles, HH

Years ago I remember using a diagram for 2 humbuckers that allowed every combination of sounds (except out of phase).

I wired it up on my P-Rails (which I had pre-ordered) when they first came out, so I believe the diagram was designed specifically for the purpose of getting all 4 sounds:

DPDT1 + DPDT2: both up would give series, both down parallel
Then one up, one down would give either coil split.

Now I can't seem to find the diagram anywhere...

That's the one -I got thrown off as I was looking for mini toggles when push-pulls are the same exact thng! Thanks
