Help me find the right pup for this guitar.

My Yamaha AES620 is a VERY BRIGHT guitar, so the Seymour Duncan SH-4 JB that came loaded stock on this guitar was removed quickly. I put a set of Duncan Invaders on and they tamed the brightness, but they are very "one dimensional". This guitar also has wide string spacing at the bridge, so a Trimbucker pickup is necessary.
Right now I'm looking at the specs for the Seymour Duncan TB-5 Custom, TB-11 Custom Custom and the TB-14 Custom 5. But nothing good is out of the question.
Al help and suggestions are greatly appreciated.

Custom Custom is the perfect pickup for a bright guitar. I had one loaded in a very bright Les Paul (bright Les Pauls aren't that common) and it was a great match.

Thanks LesPaulRules. That was my first choice. I have a Custom in the bridge of my Epiphone G-400 and I think it's good in an SG, but would be too bright for this AES620.
I have a Gibson Classic 57 that I may try in the neck. I tried a SH-2 Jazz in the neck. But like the JB, it was too bright.
Thanks again.

The Duncan Custom won't do. Clearly too bright.

Custom Custom will be better, but might overall come out too hot.

If you don't like JB's & Invaders, you ain't gonna like the Custom, which has a bright ceramic magnet. To me, in my LP's, SG's, & 335's, all of these are sterile, harsh, & lack color compared to alnicos. In a bright guitar, they're even worse. Nails on a chalkboard.

To add warmth, the Custom Custom is one of the best. I like a C5 with 250K pots, to take off the extreme high end (bleeds it to ground). Another option is putting an A4 in a C5. All of these emphasize mids & give a richer tone.

Thank you for your input. I think I'm going with the Custom Custom. I have my eye on a covered one. Do pickup rings come with Trembuckers?
