I have a black one of my own. It's very sleek and cool looking and matches all the rest of my guitars (and my wardrobe). However, white would help you stand out. Get the white one.

Holy ****!!! I just got back from my local Guitar Center, and all I can say is wow!!! They had just gotten in one of the Amber versions of the Schecter C-1 Elite.

Believe it or not I was pretty attracted to that color and vibe that just flowed off the guitar. This just ****s up what I had planned for the guitar I was going to pick! :laugh2:

Now that I have seen the Amber and Black versions (not yet the White), I would choose the Amber over the Black!!! Please respond with your opinions, and please continue to vote!!!

I'm still not totally positive whether or not I will want to pick the Amber over the White, but I'm pretty sure that I will not be choosing the Black....but I could also change my mind again you know? lol.

Im probably already going with White just because everyone has freaking black guitars now, I kinda dont want to follow the crowd

A lot of people avoid things they genuinely fancy because "it's too trendy". Don't you realise, that by going against the trend you are simply being commanded by all the superificialities of society.

If you like black, get black. If people tell you "you're just following a trend", just tell them the truth - "I'm not". That, as opposed to choosing white and having to explain the reason for your choice of colour, which would be "because I didn't want to follow the crowd".

Food for thought.

I've been impressed with Schecter's maple tops that I've seen in stores, I would go with the amber.
And ditto on not caring about trends or what others think. You're the one who's going to be playing it.

Black is overused on guitars & Amber just isn't my cup of tea, however, the white one looks really sharp IMO. :)

Yeah, great point there! lol, but I still think that white is for me, not because everyone says to get it but just because black to me is too plain.
