Help! Need a Jackson covered pickup or just a cover

Help me put this back together.

It needs an old school Jackson oversized covered pickup. J50BC, J80C, J90C...

Edit: Just need the J80C now.


Or I'll take even just the cover and I'll stick a Duncan Custom under there.

Whatever you do dont buy pickups from a guy named bjsturm...that guy is a dick. Just kidding. Anyways Im assuming you may be the one that asked about my 2 Jackson Fusion pickups on ebay. If so I wont be home to check on the exact measurements but i sent a message back and I think its got to be close to that: private:.

Sorry for driving you nuts but this is going into the Jackson above and I need that damn "oversized" pickups they made back then.

If they are the right size (I'm pretty sure they will be) I'll buy them from you.


But, If ANYONE else out there has a J80C, please hit me up. That's the one Jackson I haven't tried that I'd like to hear what it sounds like.

I have one. Send me your mailing addy. If it works for you , I'm always appreciative of set of strings or whatnot. Condition of pickup and cover isnt perfect. Its taped -its a staggered stacked humbucking S/C pickup out my Soloist XL Pro. also Wires need to be soldered to bottom.

I have an old J100 out of my old Kramer....I am in Canada though so I am not sure how easy it is to get to you

Sorry but I am a little confused. The J80C I'm looking for should be a regular humbucker of about 13K with a ceramic magnet, and an "oversized" black plastic pickup cover (like an EMG). Oversized meaning it won't fit inside regular pickup rings, you need a special oversized pickup ring. It should have a label of J-80C on the back of it. I might get so desparate that I'd take a J-80 and swap magnets LOL!

Can you post a picture of what you have?

Is that a single coil pickup like a strat pickup?

Thanks, but I picked one up a week or two ago.

The only pickup I'm missing from my Jackson collection (LOL!) is the J-80C.
