Help needed wiring H-S-H with liberator and 5 way super switch

Hi there.

Do you know if there is a wiring diagram for 1 Neck Humbucker 4 coils, 1 middle Strat 4 coils, 1 bridge Humbucker 1 connector using a 5 way super switch and the liberator 1 vol 1 tone?

I tried multiple diagrams on the support page and google, but no luck. I only made it work for the neck position.

Any guidance will be appreciated.
