Help! Wiring a S-S-H config to a 3-way switch...

Hey guys, my uncle just installed a humbucker in the brigde of his strat, and he also got a new 3 way switch. Here's the pickup selections he wants:

#1: Neck SC only
#2: Neck and Middle SC in paralell
#3: Brigde humbucker only.

Could this be done, and how?

As long as you use the lever-style 3-way, that looks like a 5-way, just do it like this:
