Help with amp / Gots a louder hum / bassy like

74' Vibrolux amp blew a fuse a week,
and now it sometimes has an increased hum especially bassy. any Ideas?

check the power tubes (redplating? screen grid resistors?) and the filter caps (blown? in need of replacement? power dropping resistors?)...if you don't know how to discharge them and work on an amp safely, take the amp to a tech; don't do it yourself.

ZAPpppppppppppp! went my Finger! and my heart stopped, no big deal .. but why am I hoovering above my body?
