Just an update..........I just found out my Strat has an output boost called a Delta Tone. When you turn the second tone knob a little past 10 you feel a click,that activates a output boost to the bridge pickup!!!! Problem solved! I have the added power now that i wanted in the bridge PU so i`ll be keeping it stock for awhile anyway cause i do like the sound alot! If and when i change them,i will look into the Duncans!

Also as far as the hum.....i can deal with it,its not real bad anyway!

The Delta Tone system is not a boost for anything. It disengages the tone pot at 10.

Your right Dangerine49......I looked into it and with the Delta Tone system you get a higher output bridge pickup and when the second tone control is on 10 it disengages the tone for the middle and bridge pickups! I guess the way it changes the sound to me it sounded like an output boost for the bridge! Anyway....it sounds good!
