Help with correct orientation of sl5 pick ups in my strat

I am installing the SL5 cuatoms and I am a bit confused if I have them right or upsidown following the directions but these dont have that triangle shape

Does rhis look correct ?

your middle pup looks correct, the other two have the magnet stagger setup "wrong" typically the short magnet would be under the b string like you have with your middle pup. there isnt any rule that says you cant have it the way you do. its like the hendrix thing

Srange thats what i thought. But if I flip them the black and white wire wont be consistant according to the directions. Should i flip the other 2 to be correct then then flip the cover so they all match ?

flip the neck and bridge pups, not the wiring. covers are easy
