:help: I am trying to install a Hfs in bridge and Vintage in neck using 1 Volume, 1 Tone that is push pull, with a rotory 3 way and of course a output jsck.
Both pickup have Black, Red,White, mesh wraped around that is to be used as a ground? All I want to be able to do is cut the two slug coils of each pickup with the push pull.Is this the correct thing? The Duncan diagrams all show 4 wire and it messing me up!! I also am concerned about making sure the north south thing so I dont get to much Hum when coils get cut or tap? I read some where that the bridge and neck has to be switched meaning the neck black wire being + then bridge would have to be white+(thats also very confussing) Why cant everyone just use the GREAT Seymour's wiring!!! Lets start a movement to get some kind of uniformity!! Thanks you in advance:arms:
